PRO ULTRA ICC PROFILES : Top-of-the-range performance |

The profiles used by pictures and printings industries are composed of 3000 coloured patches. With 3360 patches, a Pro Ultra Profile is the very top of the range in ICC profiles for printing peripherals. Intended for people working in photography, it is also recommended to demanding amateur photographers.
The Pro Ultra profile is made with the spectrophotometer EyeOne Pro of GretaMacbeth combined with the last version of ProfilMaker. It is available in a RGB color version for color printings and of a black and white version optimized for black and white printings.
The corresponding ICC target is composed of 3360 colored patches spread over three A3 sheets of paper (three 13x19 in sheets).

EXPERT ICC PROFILES : neutral and well-balanced |

Those profiles are created with the EyeOne Pro spectrophotometer of GretaMacbeth combined with the last ProfilMaker version (whose new algorithms have been even more optimized. By using this chart to print profiles, low lights, gradations and grey tones are much better rendered.
The corresponding ICC target is composed of 1734 colored patches spread over three A4 sheets of paper (three 8,3x11,7 in sheets).

As for the “Expert” version, those profiles are made with the EyeOnePro spectrophotometer of GretaMacbeth combined with the last ProfilMaker version (whose new algorithms have been even more optimized). The profiles printed by means of this target are suitable for the small gamut printers (laser printers and all-in-ones) or for those who want to initiate themselves into the use of profiles before all.
This "standard" ICC chart is composed of 510 colored patches spread over one A4 sheet ( 8,3x11,7 in sheet).

The ICC target is composed of 578 colored patches spread over five 10x15 cm sheets (5,8x3,6 in) as far as compact printers are concerned, and over one A4 sheet (8,3x11,7 in) for laser printers.
